Our training organization provides practical training that equips individuals with the knowledge and experience needed to thrive in the manufacturing industry. From mastering technical processes to developing problem-solving abilities, we pave the way for a successful career with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
With the Modern Manufacturing Program, you will help your students forge industry connections that lead to success. We collaborate closely with industry-leading manufacturers to design training programs that align with real-world demands. By merging classroom knowledge with industry insights, we empower individuals to seamlessly transition into the manufacturing workforce.
We strive to help transform education into a thriving career, especially with OEMs. Our high school to career pathways offer a structured route from the classroom to lucrative opportunities in manufacturing.
The Modern Manufacturing Program was created with the understanding that schools are often a direct path to employment. We provide the skills, guidance, and connections needed to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
When the Modern Manufacturing Program began, we had sixteen schools across four regions of Alabama involved. The success of this initiative led to our expansion, and now we have over 30 schools in all five regions of the state.
